Attending an Expo
Plan a comfortable visit
Check the listing for your chosen expo before traveling because hours, admission, parking, and venue rules can differ.
Do I need to buy a ticket before I arrive?
Tickets are always available at the door. Check the Upcoming Expos page before traveling. If advance tickets are offered, the event information will provide the correct link.
Where can I find the event hours and admission price?
Open the listing for your event on the Upcoming Expos page. Confirm the details again close to the event date because schedules and admission information may change.
What should I bring?
Bring both cash and a payment card when possible because vendors choose which payment methods they accept. A reusable bag, water if the venue allows it, and a list of questions can also be helpful.
Are children welcome?
Children are always welcome at a Soul and Synergy Expo, 10 and under are free to attend with a paid adult.
Can I leave and return during the same day?
As long as you have your wristband, you can come and go all day.
How do I ask about accessibility?
Use the Contact page before the event. Include the location you plan to attend and what you need to know about parking, entrances, restrooms, seating, or other accommodations.

Readers and wellness practitioners work independently. Ask about the service, price, length, and available times before you begin.
Do I need an appointment for a reading or wellness service?
Many practitioners accept walk-up visitors, but each practitioners manages their own schedule. Popular readers and practitioners may fill their available times early.
How much do readings and services cost?
Each practitioners sets their own prices. Ask about the full price and session length before signing up or paying.
What types of services will be available?
Offerings may include intuitive readings, energy work, holistic wellness services, spiritual tools, handmade goods, educational resources, and other event-appropriate products. The mix changes by location.
Is the expo suitable for someone who is new to these practices?
Absolutly. New visitors are welcome. You can browse, ask respectful questions, and take part only in the experiences that interest you.
Can I decline or stop a session?
Yes. You are free to ask questions, decline a service, or stop a session. Discuss your comfort, expectations, and boundaries with the provider before starting.
Are expo services a substitute for professional care?
No. Expo services are not a replacement for licensed medical, mental health, legal, or financial care. Contact the appropriate licensed professional when you need that kind of help.
Vendor Questions
Before you register
Space, cost, setup, and venue features vary by event. Registration is a required for a booth space and is not approved until you receive a contract.
How do I apply to become a vendor?
Review the For Vendors page, choose the locations that interest you, and use the vendor registration link. Describe your products or services clearly so the organizer can review the event fit.
How much does a vendor space cost?
Pricing varies by location, event length, and space type. Review the current registration information for the event you want to attend.
Does submitting a registration reserve my space?
No. Registration is required for space. Wait for written confirmation in the form of a contract and follow the payment instructions you receive before treating your space as reserved.
Are tables, chairs, electricity, and Wi-Fi included?
What is included depends on the venue. Confirm the booth dimensions, table and chair details, linen needs, electricity, and internet access before event day.
Can similar vendors attend the same event?
Some overlap may occur. Describe your main products and services accurately so the organizer can review the overall event mix.
Where do confirmed vendors receive setup details?
Confirmed vendors will receive a contract with all the information needed, a final email will be sent out to the vendors the week of the event with final details, but please reach out with any questions. Watch the email address used during registration, including its spam folder, It is highly suggested to put soulandsynergy@gmail in your contracts.

How can I suggest a venue or city?
Use the Contact page. Include the city, venue name, room size, parking information, accessibility details, possible dates, and the best contact person when known.
Can a local organization partner with an expo?
Partnerships are considered based on the event, timing, and fit. Send a short description of your organization, the support you can offer, and what you hope to accomplish together.
Who should I contact about sponsorship or media coverage?
Use the Contact page and choose the sponsor or media topic. Include your organization, audience, deadline, and the event involved.
How can I learn about new event dates?
