Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply when you use the Soul and Synergy Holistic Expos website or take part in an event we organize. By using the website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Some tickets, venues, vendor registrations, and outside services have their own terms. Those additional terms apply to the related purchase, registration, or service. If event-specific written terms conflict with this general page, the event-specific terms control for that matter.

Website information and acceptable use

We work to keep the website useful and accurate, but event schedules, prices, locations, vendor lists, and other details can change. Check the current event listing before making travel plans or purchases.

You may use the website for lawful, personal, and business-planning purposes related to our expos. You may not interfere with the website, try to gain unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, impersonate another person, or use the site to commit fraud or harassment.

Events, admission, and changes

Dates, hours, venues, admission arrangements, programs, speakers, and participating vendors may change because of weather, venue needs, safety concerns, registration levels, or other circumstances. We may adjust, postpone, relocate, or cancel an event when reasonably necessary.

If advance tickets are offered, review the posted price, refund policy, and ticket-provider terms before buying. Purchases made through an outside ticket provider are also subject to that provider’s rules. Refunds, credits, or transfers are handled under the policy shown for the specific event and any rights that cannot legally be waived.

Travel, lodging, meals, and other personal costs are your responsibility unless a written event offer clearly says otherwise.

Independent vendors and purchases

Most readers, healers, practitioners, artists, and sellers at an expo operate as independent businesses. Unless we clearly state otherwise, they are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Soul and Synergy Holistic Expos.

Each vendor is responsible for their own products, services, prices, qualifications, licenses, claims, payment methods, refunds, taxes, and customer care. Their presence at an event does not guarantee a result or mean that we endorse every statement, product, or service they offer.

Questions or disputes about a purchase made directly from a vendor should first be taken to that vendor. We may help identify the correct contact when practical, but we are not a party to an independent vendor’s transaction.

Vendor applications and participation

Submitting a vendor registration or application does not guarantee acceptance or reserve a space. A space is confirmed only after the organizer gives written approval and the vendor completes the required payment or other stated steps.

Confirmed vendors must follow the event-specific agreement, venue rules, setup and removal instructions, product restrictions, insurance requirements, payment deadlines, and cancellation or refund policy supplied with their registration. We may refuse or end participation when reasonably necessary to protect safety, legal compliance, the event experience, or the terms of the vendor agreement.

Holistic, spiritual, and wellness services

Readings, energy work, demonstrations, classes, and wellness services offered at an expo are generally intended for education, personal reflection, or entertainment. They are not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

Do not delay or stop professional care because of something you see, hear, or receive at an event. Ask questions about a practitioner’s qualifications and use your own judgment before buying or participating. In a medical or mental-health emergency, contact emergency services or a qualified professional.

Vendors are responsible for making truthful claims and giving any disclosures required for their products or services. A disclaimer does not make a false or misleading claim acceptable.

Conduct, safety, and venue rules

Visitors and vendors must follow posted venue rules and reasonable instructions from event staff. Harassment, threats, violence, unsafe behavior, theft, deliberate disruption, and unlawful activity are not allowed.

We may refuse entry or ask someone to leave when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or the orderly operation of the event. Whether a refund is available will depend on the reason, the event policy, and applicable law.

Contact us before an event if you have an accessibility question. We will work with the venue and respond as reasonably as we can, but arrangements and available services vary by location.

Outside websites and services

Our pages may link to venues, vendors, ticket providers, MetaParaPro, Mailchimp, social-media platforms, maps, and other outside services. Those services control their own content, availability, security, privacy practices, and terms. A link is provided for convenience and does not make us responsible for the outside service.

Website content and intellectual property

The Soul and Synergy name, website design, written content, graphics, and original event materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other laws. You may view and share links to our public pages for personal, noncommercial use.

Do not copy, sell, republish, alter, or use our protected material or branding in a way that suggests sponsorship or approval without written permission. Vendor names, logos, images, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers and limits of responsibility

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that every page will always be available, error-free, or current. We do not guarantee specific attendance, sales, personal outcomes, health outcomes, or results from an event, vendor, product, or service.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Soul and Synergy Holistic Expos is not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses connected with use of the website, attendance at an event, an outside service, or a transaction with an independent vendor.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or waived. Your legal rights may vary by location and by the type of transaction.

Changes, disputes, and contact

We may update these terms when the website, events, or legal requirements change. The updated date near the top shows when this page was last revised. Changes apply after they are posted and do not rewrite a completed transaction unless the applicable agreement or law allows it.

If you have a concern, contact us first so we can understand the issue and try to resolve it. Applicable federal, state, and local law will govern based on the event, transaction, and circumstances involved. These terms do not require you to give up rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
